Fallen Beauty

An angel fell from high above,
his painful scream when he hit the ground still echoes in my dreams.

I saw the black tears mix with the blood from his pale cheeks on its way to tuch the earth for the first time.
His angel wings were burning as his head was turning.
Towards me he set his gaze, only to throw me into his maze.

Its dark, scary and in some confusing way the most beautiful place i have ever unwilingly entered.
i see dungeons and bars and its purpose is to keep his love from ever going away.
i see darkness that promise me peace and safety.

but what really catches my eye is the totally naked man tied down to the cold floor by his unbreakable loyalty to his faith in God.
The chains that are holding him down do it with such power that it cuts his skin, making lines of blood stream down his shaking body.

While staring at this unimaginable sight, he lifts his head and looked at me.
The milli-second our eyes meet the chains burst into white flames. the light was so bright that it lit up the shadows that were present.
