The cycle of three...

Truth:
As you realize the truth about what you see, your feeling will rise or sink. Be they good they will raise you to a height you thought impossible to reach, but they only do so so that they can drop you when the time is nigh, causing despair to your hearts full extent. Be they bad they will drag you down, drowning you in the lies you swam, again causing the inevitable despair.

Despair:
You try and deny it, but you know the truth, you don't want to believe it since it hurts you so. But in the end you know it to be real, you just saw it there trebling in fear. The truth becomes despair and despair becomes distrust. What was it that truth once was worth?

Distrust:
You saw the truth, the story behind the facade. It was not like what you were shown and so you fell into that hole. Denying the truth you so obviously have seen, you come to realize your trust was not for the one you had meant it to be. And so, your heart filled with distrust, you now see the truth for what it was worth...
