Seeking personal freedom but interrupted by societies social constructs? Social Oppression?
''Social oppression is at work when the ways of others diminish who we are or stop us from pursuing our own goals. Often the most highly adaptive among us are the least aware of this process, and often they are socially the least successful and authentic--they have adapted into a predictable character and have lost their spontaneity and authenticity. They do not recognize themselves any longer in the mirror; they have forfeited their individuality; they are but caricatures of collective preference. No free thinking person wants such a fate, and so we must be eternally vigilant in refusing the desire to conform.
Yet, the sense of security people get from conformity cannot be understated; it is one of the great enemies of Personal Freedom. The structures an rewards of society give order to an individual. But job titles, raises, ''Mr.'' And ''Mrs.,'' positions on advisory boards, and public acclaim rarely give us deep meaning. They can indeed make it easier to be confident in our direction. If we follow in preordained paths what others are doing, then we can get signals that we are on track and that we will likely be accepted But what if we chase all that and believe in all that and then one day awake to find those things aren't what matter most?
How many have given up their dreams in order to follow a more secure and profitable and socially accepted path? The aims of others (our parents, our teachers, our spouses, our fans) become OUR aims if we are not vigilant. Their certitude can replace our quest for something new. Their collective meaning can subjugate our search for our individual meaning. We can quickly lose ourselves in others and in our culture. We become slaves to opinion.
A difficult choice must there must therefore be made between the comforts of fitting in and pleasing others and our higher motive for Personal Freedom. This choice is easier once we reach the levels of maturity and enlightenment that allow us to see that we can be individually free but not entirely apart from our culture and those we love, that independence does not preclude interdependence, that individual uniqueness does not mean we must be social or spiritually distant outcasts. We learn that the more we are true to ourselves, the more we can connect with and contribute to the world. We find that the more free and spontaneous and authentic we become, the more our motivation and aliveness returns and the more others are attracted to us and want to be around us.''
We Have Lost Touch With The Present Moment!
Distracted, dazed and confused we are, by the cluster of things that constantly try to steal our attention away.
Robbed of our innocence, our ability to be and awe and amazement by that of which should be cherished and appreciated.
We lose sight of the wonders that once brought us endless joy, creativity and inspiration, once upon a time, when we our heart, mind and spirit held a purity that allowed us to see the world for what it really is. Our ability to live in the now is what kept bringing us to that beauty.
WE CAN STILL LIVE THAT LIFE!!
Bring yourself to the marvel that is beyond any words can describe.
Connect back to that inner-child that appreciated the present moment.
The present moment that filled every single veins of our bodies with LIFE, and LOVE!
The Universe gave us the gift of life and all of its miracles! Lets not waste that gift, and instead, Appreciate it With Every Fiber of Our Being!
''The Law of Correspondence''
Ever felt that most of your friends are crappy friends?
Perhaps you feel that you only seem to attract negative people?
Keep having bad luck in your relationships? Bad situations after another?
This may be because of an Unbalanced State Of Self.
You may be stuck in a bad cycle of trying to get something that you yourself do not have, inside you.
In order to have a meaningful and valuable life, you must first consider YOURSELF as meaningful and valuable.
If you wish to find love, you must first find it within YOURSELF. If you wish to give and show the world the best of you, you must first show it to yourself.
Remember, YOU should be your own best friend, after all, the person who knows best of everything you go through in life, is YOU. So, do yourself a favor,
and appreciate yourself. And in doing so, you open up a BIGGER room in your heart to appreciate others. <3
How many times have you wanted to do something, but never had enough motivation to do so?
Perhaps you are depressed and or feeling very emotionally unbalanced?
I am in no way, an expert in solving these issues. Nor do I claim that whatever I say here is the best way you can go about it.
I Simply wish to share my perspectives on this matter.
First of all, if you are emotionally unbalanced/Depressed, you must recognize that you will have your ''good days''
and you will also have your ''bad days''. You must recognize that certain things you do will make you feel good,
and there are certain things you do that will make you feel bad. It's ok to feel bad. It's not ok to think that you
can't change how you will feel tomorrow, or the next day. Sure, you might not be able to completely balance
yourself, nor take your depression away from one day to another, but you are always able to make your days
Just a BIT better, or just a BIT less worse. And that for the majority of people, it is possible to eventually get
out of this viscous cycle that consumes you.
First thing's first, i find it always helps to visualize all the different things that are affecting you,
both good and bad. So, to make a chart of some sort, on a piece of paper, will help way more than
you can imagine.
1: Write down the things that you know you do often that you shouldn't be doing. (Bad habits!) And also the things that you know if you do them, you will feel like complete crap afterwards. This way you are able to visualize the problems you want to over come, and you are able to perhaps think more about those particular things you do that you want to stop so you can feel better.
2: Try and understand why it is you are doing these things. The more you understand about why you do things, the easier it is to identify the MAIN problems. And the Easier it gets to avoid them.
I'll give you an example ; You've been smoking too much weed, or drinking too much alcohol, that is has been getting in the way of doing the things you want to do. And or you always end up regretting having smoked so much, or having drank so much. You would have to ask yourself, ok, why do you smoke or drink so much? Ok, perhaps because you are around many friends that smoke/drink. Perhaps you feel that you will fall outside that crowd if you don't drink or smoke? So, what would be the real issue? You wanting to feel accepted by others. Perhaps you are desperately trying to feel like you ''belong'' somewhere (As most humans want to feel).
In this case, you would have to take a step back, and see if these people are worth hanging out with. If you only hang out with them for drinking and smoking, and you feel like you can't otherwise hang with them? Then I think you should take a pause from them, and start surrounding yourself with other type of people, so you can later on see if those drinking/smoking friends are worth keeping or not.
Basically, you have to try and reflect on your choices and why you have made them. You have to step back, and look at things in an objective way
( a neutral way of looking at things ). You can not let your emotions take control of your life, YOU are not a slave to your emotions.
Summary : Find out what is messing with your emotions and motivation, and do something about it.
Now, you need some kind of way to get motivated, GET inspired, it is also important to know what makes you feel happy. From feeling ''Ok happy'' to feeling ''LIFE IS AMAZING HAPPY''.
These are the things that you will use as fuel to make you move forward, especially in those days that you feel like complete crap.
For example, if i ever needed motivation to work out and exercise but feel to lazy to do it, i go to youtube and look for videos of people
Who have it way more harder than i have it, perhaps they don't even have arms of legs, but they still find it in themselves to move forward
and achieve their goals. I don't know about you, but that is inspiring as FUCK!
So, a good way is to find someone or something that fills you with that feeling of ''inspiration''. When you are inspired, you feel like doing things.
You feel like making something out of that energy. So, that can be used as a fuel to motivate yourself whenever you need it.
Summary : Find out what you can use as fuel to get you doing the things you want to do, and know how to properly apply them when you need them
This is far from the best writing skills, or structuring of advice, but i didn't want to spend too much time on this, but just enough still to get the idea and message through', so, GOOD LOOK AND GET YOUR ASS MOTIVATED!!!!
Also, never underestimate a good night's sleep, and eating the right foods in the right time your body needs it, THAT will make the difference between you actually doing something productive on that day, or just sit at home and spend time feeling miserable about yourself.
Verdad y Esperanza circunstancial ? .....
Manifestation of distant discouraging chatter crowded by the sometimes unpleasant noise of truth as circumstantial. Sometimes unpleasant in nature, for it is not always in harmony with the road you see beyond you. Hope is circumstantial? Circumstantially manipulative, sometimes, greedily so. Who does it fall upon to rekindle the light that surrounds the candle fire of emotional stability? The wax beneath the fire melting away, as it's integrity compromised, wind takes it a way for a midnight stroll.......
This is my creative assessment. Unspoiled by regressive filters, but loaded with wicked thoughts....
Turbulent waters, low momentum diffusion, high momentum convection, and rapid variation of pressure and flow velocity in space and time. Chaotic forces rippling through the surface of water that can give life, but also take it. Like our minds, the surface cannot be seen until calmness instills into the water. Then and only then can you see through what lays beyond the surface whilst seeing a perfect reflection of what lays outside of it. And so, it is only with a still mind that we can see inside ourselves, whilst reflecting everything that is external to us,thus creating harmony.
From one point to another. We are experience travelers. Travelers of experience. Yearning to feel, yearning to have information relayed to an image of a being in that particular point in time. Fear is something that you are not born with, it's acquired. It is a learning tool that we use to learn about the basics of life at first. It is entangled with our experiences of curiosity and is embraced with the reward of learning.
Somewhere along the way, we change the harmony of these experiences, and we tend to block our curiosity and replace it with fear. Our motivation for learning is decreased. We fall easier pray to conforming to circumstances that do not require much of curiosity as fuel, instead they require submission to fear itself. And so we forget these tools that has been given to us to expand ourselves further.
Experiences are experiences. Good or bad, their value has no price. I believe this is one of the reasons that we chose to be living in this state of reality. To experience, to live, to laugh, to hurt, to forgive, to help. It's up to us to find that harmony again. The one we knew before being born into this life.
People in (conventional) prison are a symptom of the sickness of those who put them there. It's a still self-amplifying process of denial of responsibility and empathy. Empathy is an inconvenience, and many people have a a shockingly low level of tolerance for personal inconvenience, combined with a lack of wisdom about the value of long-term solutions.
The putting-in-prison is an external manifestation of the internal, like a metaphor even: People are putting their own inner criminals into subconscious prison cells so that they don't have to deal with them.
