Monday September 5:
Warm-up: MAQ A plus BFS Dot Drill
Parallel Squat 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Deadlift 5x5
(you will be able to push yourselfs with the weight you use, but you must execute ALL reps with perfect technique)
Auxillary lifts for Monday:
Kennedy Shoulder complex 2x5
Bent over Row 2x10
Sprinterbridge 2x10 each leg
Core Training:
Planken series: 30 on 30 off
Tuesday:
Sprint & Agility training (more details later)
Wednesday:
Warm-up: MAQ schedule B plus BFS Dot drill
Box Squat 5x5
Towel Bench 5x5
Power Clean 5x5
(Again, you can push yourself on the weights but you must execute ALL reps with perfect technique)
Auxillary:
Walking Lunges w/wt over your head 2x10 on each leg
Chin-ups 2x10
Cross-over Push-ups 2x10
Core Training:
Rolling Jack knife 3x10 (5 each way)
Planken series 30 on 30 off.
Thursday:
Football Fundamental/Technique day--Tackle progression with Coach Parker
Friday:
Theory--turn in assignment on training/sleeping log. Move on to next assignment (food consumption diary). Get a report from Macke and Grip on their experience at the European Championships. Watch some football....
Those of you over in the states, don't forget about us. Keep us posted on how life is over there!!
You guys are responsible to know this work out.
We will organize so that everybody warms up together, rotates in the core lifts, then works core together. Will be fun!!
